Kelley has spent over twenty years placing senior leaders in privately held and owner-managed businesses and she brings a perspective to that work that goes beyond recruiting. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, earning her CPA, CA designation, before moving into operational and finance roles in the pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods industries. Working closely alongside sales, marketing, operations, and commercial teams gave her a practical understanding of how businesses actually operate and what great leadership looks like from the inside.
That experience is what drew her to executive search, and it shapes how she works today. Culture, judgment, and leadership style matter just as much as technical expertise, especially in the complex, relationship-driven environments that owner-managed businesses tend to be.
She has built her reputation placing executives across manufacturing, distribution, food service, retail, real estate and CPG — from General Managers and VPs of Operations to CEOs and COOs — wherever the right hire matters most.
